  Very nice staff! They ask you about your preferences as a new client. They were so helpful in coming up with a new treatment for my pet and helping me learn how the new climate affects my pet.

  I have two dogs that I lover very much! The Doctor and supporting staff here is well educated and kind to my pups. I highly recommend this clinic.

  I just got a new puppy, and from the day we got him he was having some digestive issues, plus going through a lot of stress moving home. Not only did the clinic take effort to see him as soon as possible, but the doctor stayed with me answering questions for a good 30 minutes after the exam to make sure I was empowered with as much information as I could get about training, puppy health, developmental milestones, and resources in the area outside the clinic. The same level of care and attention came from all other staff as well. They have taken every phone call, answered every question, and followed up proactively. My puppy is doing great, and the whole household is less stressed thanks to their help.

  I can safely give this place five stars I brought my dog and she was miserable she needed a procedure done they did a wonderful caring job and my dog is now like a whole new dog very good caring professional Fair veterinarian

  Our family has been taking our pets to Animal Hospital at Hillshore for over 20 years. Unfortunately, with the retirement of Dr. Bucchli, it has been taken over by your classic profit mongering veterinarian. They will try to force every vaccination and service on you, regardless of whether they are needed or even in the best interest of your pet. They will definitely take great care of your pet, if you would like to pay for every service and get things that you don't even need.
  
  A recent call to the vet to check on shots for our dogs had the receptionist claiming we had a balance for an office visit and shots that we cancelled and did not even receive. In addition, we have never received any bill or notice that there was an outstanding balance.
