1) Threw away our purchase points (I had over 10,000), without adequate notice, when they bailed out of the program.
2) Their system went down for an entire Saturday, preventing me from getting some critical banking done.
3) Went, recently, to set up a joint account after making an appoint, days before on line. They weren't ready for us. We returned an hour later, and it seemed an endless ordeal. Almost 2 hours later finally done (kinda silly).
4) Not the greatest loan rates.

Bottom line - my ladylove and I are very busy, senior professionals. Time is precious. Especially weekends. Either they need more staff, or they need a refresher course in how to provide superior customer service.
