  They made up a charge for a toll we paid and just took it. Feel like they stole it. We were very good customer's. Hope we never have to go to them again. We paid that toll!

  The staff was helpful, and polite. After returning with the truck at 6:55 p.m., I found the employee at the desk was busy with another customer. He said, just leave the key and we will bill your card in the morning.
  I felt safe with this, I had rented the same truck two days prior to this incident. Things went smoothly.
  The following day, at work, I get an email stating that I put a dent in the truck! I put 50+/- miles on the truck in 2 hours. There is no way I put the dent in the truck, but I have no proof! There was No pre rental walk around the truck! MAKE THEM WALK EVERY INCH OF THE TRUCK WITH YOU BEFORE YOU TAKE IT! BE SUPER CRITICAL, AND MARK EVERY DING OR SCRATCH! THIS IS A SCAM TO MAKE MORE MONEY!
  They charged me $150.00 deductible, I bought the $10.00 insurance.
  Use them if you have to, but protect yourself!
