I would give negative stars if allowed. Awful place to deal with. My car loan was through them. It was due on a Sunday. I paid on a Saturday and they printed the receipt to look like I paid Monday. When I called their customer service and said I'm at your bank paying a day early, they said to bad we are not crediting your account until Monday and forced me to pay late fees. I did not realize that was legal. 3 more car payments and I will NEVER have to deal with the thieves again. Everything I've said can be backed up by their call logs. DO NOT USE THIS BANK. Sincerely.
