The staff is very nice and they create a very enjoyable environment. I Always have great service on my vehicle and always have great service as a customer. They hire good people there.

Took my car in for check engine light being on. All was covered under warranty. When pulling my car into the service bay one of the service associates hit a lift, leaving a deep scratch in my front bumper. They gave me a rental car to use until my bumper was able to be fixed and repainted. When I went to pick up my car they had furnished me with a new key, as mine broke while they had my car. My car was detailed and cleaned, gave me a new key, changed my oil and rotated my tires. My car looked awesome and I couldn't even tell that the bumper had been damaged. Very satisfied with the service that Jim, Branson and the rest of the associates provided.

It was the best! I still can't get over how well I was treated. Daniel worked to get me the price I wanted. He was most considerate and patient and very polite. He let me know I was the most important person he was dealing with right then, Also, the staff is so friendly, I felt as if I really belong to the family, That's the way to run a business.

We have continuously been 'wowed' by the level of care and customer service we have received from the entire team.
Most of our interaction has been with the manager, Garth Grimes, and our salesman, Alan Sipple. Both professionals tailored the sales process to our schedule and timeline. As self-employed business owners, we can't tell you how much we appreciated this.
We never once felt pressured or out-of-the-loop.

The service department is made up of mostly rude and money hungry crooks. I had the worst experience in service with extreme inflation in price and "extra diagnoses". I had car repaired elsewhere and it was proven they were dishonest. Serpentini used to be more honest with less scam tactics to sell cars.

Came here over a week ago, I walked away with an awesome Altima, and they took care of my grand am for me as well. My sales man Kevin was amazing! He answered all my question or pointed me in the right direction. He was also very willing to bargain with my dad. I'm happy that I was able to purchase my first car with you guys! Later when having a bad battery, for no charge, Serpentini replaced it!

I just want to say thank you to the Serpentini Team for helping me out with my Saturn. As a car that is not made anymore, it is hard to find parts but instead of buying the most expensive items, they helped me find more affordable ones that do the job and work. I appreciate that they called me before doing any further work I would pay for. Could not be happier with the help from the service team and Ryan. I will always continue to come to Serpentini Chevy and recommend the name.

As I look back on the 20+ vehicles I have purchased, this was one of my most pleasant experiences. The negotiating was not tough or drawn out, and I actually felt like the sales team was very honest and upfront. Also enjoyed the finance guy - usually I don't. Work with Allen in sales if you can.
