We called to confirm that our racquet was ready for pick up, they told us that I could pick up my tennis racquet at 11:30 am instead of 1:00 pm! They person who stringed my racquet was a super friendly guy and I realized that he took his time to string the racquet an I appreciate this! This is the best service I could get and this is definitely not a bad place! I will come back as soon as possible!!!

the best staff. I get all my stringing & apparel there. easy to work with and offer great discount program and annual tent sales. always willing to help me find what i need even when i moved out of state. highly recommend.

My 1st Google review simply to counter the surprising poor reviews. Serious is great -- the woman owner is very helpful and knowledgeable. With periodic promotions and their Grand Slam discount/loyalty club, their prices are as good as the Internet superstores. While sometimes a bit too frequent on the emails, that's also how they made me aware of the Shop Small promotion by AMEX that was like found money. Highly recommended.

Best place in town for anything tennis. The most experienced stringers, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great selection rackets, clothing, shoes and accessories. Staff can help find the best racket and shoes for all levels of players.

Run away from these guys, as fast as you can as soon as you can. I ordered something from their website and it states clearly 2-day free shipping for orders over 75 USD. Anyways, 3 days pass and no tracking, no email, no communication. I call them up and somebody calls me back after a couple of hours and tells me that he didn't send me the items because he doesn't have one of them and if I want he can send me the other items in the order and when they will arrive they will arrive. What kind of company is that? When you say clearly 2-day shipping then I do expect 2-day shipping, no 3 days without any messages and then I have to call them up to figure out what's the problem, and the problem is that they don't even have all the items. Just run away, this is not how you do business. Run away or just be prepared to call them up, inquire about your orders and many other things RETARDED stuff there are a gazillion of other online stores out there, just go with them and forget doing business with these guys
