UPDATING ORIGINAL 1 STAR REVIEW--I did receive a phone call not long after my review that they had our necklace and would be sending us a new one along with some accessories-accessories were 2 pens, jewelry cleaner, a cloth and lanyard. Happy that we did get our necklace back. The person that called was very nice and explained what was going on. I appreciate the customer service, just wish the issue could have been avoided. Thanks for the help and the extras!!

Will not return emails. Sent a necklace back for repair and started on Sept. 21 and emailed to see if they received. Last email was 10/9 from them indicating they had not received it yet and asked for the shipping info (they provided the shipping label for return). Still have not heard anything. Tracking number received from them is no longer available. Disappointed that this had to happen to a teenager who had to save a while to purchase this necklace and now he is out his money and the necklace.

Very good quality jewelry. Customer service was amazing. Chain happened to break and I got a hold of customer service and they said they'd fix it for me for free. All I had to do was ship it back. It was done and shipped back in a week.

Skylar was very professional! He spent a lot of time helping me find the cross piece that was perfect for me!! He is fast at responding and treated me like I was a VIP customer even though it was my first time. I also learned a lot of resourceful information about diamonds from him. Skylar was amazing!!!

Worst experience purchasing with any company, especially at the price point.
Been waiting for an item purchased online for over a month now. When inquiring about the item I was told after the fact by the specialist, that there will be a delay with no real known delivery date. There was no precautionary online about delays beyond 5 weeks. It's a month now beyond 5 weeks. The manager Rob was confident that I would have the item this week but I still haven't received the item nor a refund.

I was also yelled at by their security guard when I stopped by to inquire in person for, "not having an appointment". Even though they have my money and I don't have the product I paid for. Horrible.

Yesterday, on my lunch break i stopped into Icebox. Let me just say this is the place to go for all your jewelry needs. I first assumed since a lot of celebrities go there that for jewelry needs, that i would be seen as another person and the service would be lacking. I guess that why they call it assumptions, boy was I wrong. I had pleasure of working with Paris who made me feel like i was a superstar with her A1 customer service. She was very knowledgeable and was not pushy while showing me various items. She is truly a gem and cant wait to go back for a few special items I saw.

I went into Icebox to buy some diamond earrings and was helped by Rania. She was super friendly and professional. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for and understand what my taste is in jewelry. Her depth in knowing about diamonds and pieces was very impressive. She was helpful in showing me pieces that would be of my interest and she was patient with me in making my decision. I really had a good experience at Icebox with her good customer service and professionalism. I didn't feel like she was just trying to get me to make a purchase like many jeweler employees do.

Ice Box diamonds and watches went above and beyond my expectations!! Leah and the staff at Ice Box are professionals above reproach!! As soon as my wife and I entered we were greeted with warm smiles and offered beverages while we waited for Leah who was my point of contact for the ring I wanted customized. Leah worked with me as far as my design idea and the graphic design guys in the back are A1!! The craftsmen and there eye for beauty and creativity is above reproach and they will be my jewelers from here on out .

I purchased a wedding band and bracelet from Icebox, Paris was amazing, very helpful and knowledgeable of their products as diamond quality in general. I'd give her FIVE STARS if an individual customer service survey was available. I honestly think the pricing is high for their jewellery due to the high volume of celebrity clients but it's no different from purchasing clothes from a mall vs any other location. However I'm happy with my purchase.

I came here a couple days ago to get my ring and Dave was absolutely amazing. He took his time to measure my finger and had the ring sized and ready in less than an hour. He was also very knowledge on the different selection of rings and watches we were looking at. I would recommend this place to any the prices are reasonable any they have lots of selections to choose from. Will be coming back to get a necklace and bracelet very soon.

Wow I walked into icebox unaware what to expect. I was told I could sell my Rolex there and I went in and Juliana was the person to help me. She was able to walk me through everything that I needed. Not only do I feel I got a great deal for my watch, but she was able to give me more towards a purchase that I made the same day for a new watch. Her customer service was exceptional. I will definitely say this is the best jewelry store in the US! I'll be a customer for life. Thanks so much!
