Never a bad experience at Serenity! Felicia for hair and Wendi for a massage are my go to ladies! They never disappoint. The women at the front desk are so wonderful as well—always so sweet and welcoming. Not to mention the new building is absolutely beautiful.

I have been coming to Serenity Spa for years and absolutely love this place. However, over the last few month, I have been a little disappointed with the front desk. I don't know if it is because of the new personnel or the fact that the staff is changing rapidly but I feel like some things have been falling through the crack.

Serenity is amazing! Everyone is super helpful and professional - from the receptionists to the stylists and makeup artists. I had my wedding hair, airbrush makeup, and nails done here and could not have been more satisfied. Everything looked beautiful! The awesome staff treats you like family, and is there to help in every way - from covering last minute hair emergencies, to accommodating a changing wedding schedule, they put the customer first and make sure you are happy and stress-free. The BEST spa/salon in Chesterton, hands down! Thank you all so much!

I will be looking for a new place to get my mani pedi and facials. The new location is cold and unwelcoming. The music was loud to cover up the sound of slamming doors and voices. They got rid of the paraffin wax booties and the express mani pedi is strickly just nail painting. They didn't even run a puma stone on the bottom of my feet. That's understandable for those in a hurry but wish that would have been disclosed before hand. Not to mention my nails looked terrible and for the price of the facial it was just so so.

I used Adell for Waxing and Eyelash Refill. She was very accommodating. Even bought new glue when there was an issue with the first fill. Looking forward to their new facility!
