Water heater went out on Monday morning, called Haire and they came out same day and replaced the water heater. Excellent job, great experience, and highly recommend.

I am very satisfied with the service. I called and they were very polite. The service tech, Michael Tyndall came out and did a great job. He arrived and fixed the problem swiftly. He explained what he did and I was satisfied with the bill. I will use them again.

Can't say enough good things about Rich. Extremely professional. Kind and informative. Went above and beyond to insure great customer service. We were out of hot water almost a week and we're not receiving quality service from the company our home warranty sent. Called Haire on Thursday, he was out here until after 7pm getting us up and running again on Friday. Highly recommend

Called yesterday and they said they would come out today. I called at 1130 and the guy said I was scheduled for after 1200. No show, called at 7ish this evening to leave my call back number. No call back. Called Roto Rooter hopefully their service is better.

I am an out of town owner of a property. I called Haire plumbing to have a leak from my upstairs bathroom repaired. The repair guy phone etiquette was horrible. It took a couple days for the tech to get there. When finished, the repair guy, Mike and helper Jordan, left a hole in my ceiling. I had no idea the cost or that they don't repair drywall. When I called the guy on the phone did not know what I was talking about. Now, I had to find someone else to repair the open drywall hole in my ceiling. When they drywall person got there he would not repair the drywall because the pvc Haire plumbing replaced extended beyond the ceiling line about a half inch. So, I had to have that replaced correctly before the drywall hole was repaired. Then I got a bill from Haire that had repairs on there that were not done and the price of the parts were doubled. I would not recommend Haire and going to report this to BBB. If I could post pictures, I would.

Haire Plumbing has visited our old home a few times. They always do good work. They are polite and most importantly they are honest. They won't push something you don't need and they don't work slowly to get more labor hours.
