sometimes the teachers moan in class. not sure wt theyre doing. very strange. caught teachers kissing one time. also got 12 referrals (don't know why I haven't been expelled for this) for NOT CONNECTING TO THEIR WIFI. I did one time, and they checked all of my text messages, even my mothers. not sure what's WRONG WITH THE SCHOOL.

SHS is painfully average, which is not that bad I guess it's okay to be average. For the most part the teachers are great (except for a few bad apples) they try and help you the best they can, and some teachers even go above and beyond. The lunch sucks which is to be expected, Thanks Michelle. The bathrooms are abysmal, seriously I don't know what the bathrooms are like at other schools, but at SHS even the fly's want nothing to do with the bathrooms. You think public restrooms are bad? You've seen nothing until you've seen a bathroom shared amongst teenage boys that isn't cleaned nearly enough. Don't be surprised when you go in to take a leak and have to walk through puddles of piss to get to the toilets, and as far as number 2 is concerned don't even try it. From my understanding girls bathrooms are much better because females fall under the category of humane and civilized, whereas boys unfortunately do not. Other than that though it's not too bad, the schools official slogan "A High School That Works" really says it all. It's not amazing but it's not bad either, and if you live in this area there is no better option. It simply "works".

Some teachers are great, and you actually learn from them, but there are some teachers that are absolute trash. They never get up and teacher, but assign a lot of work and expect you to know the material. The lunch is disgusting. Guidance doesn't work with you at all. They pretty much avoid answering any questions, and always treat you like nothing. Plus, you even ask them when scheduling is, and they tell you some random bullsh*t about how they're busy blah blah blah. The principal seems okay though I guess.

It's literally hell in a half mile radius of concrete buildings and s--tty maintenance. I wouldn't be surprised if half of these teachers turn out to be registered sex offenders that get turned on by teaching pointy geometric shapes to under-aged girls or under-aged boys if they happen to swing that way. Also the bathrooms look like s--t. As soon as i graduate i plan to drink an extremely high concentration of alcohol to kill any brain cells of mine that happen to embody memories of this place and that's not an exaggeration.

Half the students and the teachers are motherf*****s. Take your kid somewhere else, where bullying isn"t encouraged and self defense isn"t frowned upon.

The teachers were wonderful. The administrative staff was extremely difficult. When requesting my transcripts be sent to my college, they told me to "fax over a request". When asked if this was a form or something, the woman I spoke with said, "No, fax over a request with your name and the address for it to be sent to." There was NO mention of a fee or official form. It's best to go in, but if you've moved away after high school, this process is unnecessarily difficult. This misinformation will cause unnecessary stress when you find out you've requested your transcripts wrong. They need to fix this.
