Don't know about the 2 golf courses. The tennis as been fantastic for my high school daughter. Helped raise her UTR significantly. The food is great but consider the high food prices as part of the rent. Looks like you could easily play 36 a day by the looks of usage when I walk the property.

Beautiful as usual. Food was great. Atmosphere was good. Would definitely recommend for events or stays. Only issue was the wait time for valet and there seemed to have been a mixed up with my car. However, it was worked out pretty quickly

The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is that the restaurant (Dempsey's) is like an ice box. I'm 49 years old and fairly tolerant of cold weather but even the employees were either wearing a sweater or rubbing their arms to keep warm. The management told me the thermostat was broken but when i went back the next morning for breakfast even the ceiling fans were on! Unfortunate but i had to go off the property to eat the last two days of my stay. Also, the outdoor cafe menu has changed for the worse. Other than the restaurant issues the place is great!

Would be perfect except for the treatment on the tennis courts. Am here for a tennis camp. The women get a very different experience from the men. Women get less time for the same amount of money. The men keep playing and the women are done. Totally uncalled for and not happy.

Did not care for the food this time
Suggest that when you dismiss us at the end that you dismiss those wheel chairs/walkers first and those that are on oxygen. Then dismiss in sections to take the shuttles
Overall it went well and I would return next year if you have it. I would recommend it to other women. A big thanks to everyone that had a part in this . Hope to see you next year.response / report this review -

Can only speak about the golf course. Courses are meticulously maintained and I will be playing there much more often. Great layout!

The resort is very nice. You can see baby alligators that live on the lakes here. I do not like that you have to request bellman service to go from your room to the main resort. There are not many eating options here. The resort makes it difficult for food deliveries as they are not able to deliver to your room. They will have to wait at the security guard entrance and you will have to drive or request bellman service to take you in a golf cart to retrieve your food delivery.

Not very many inexpensive lunch options for vegetarians, the lobby has a leak in the ceiling that leaked into the sofa in the main lobby. There is no easy way of pushing a stroller from lobby to the back area exit by the pool because there is no ramp. Parking is Valet only which makes it inconvenient to quickly go and get a forgotten item from your car. Other than this, hotel service and customer service are actually great and the staff is very kind and friendly. The overall atmosphere is cozy and nice, but we were denied a late check-out.

Saddlebrook is a great location to host a conference. The staff is attentive and extremely helpful. The venue is relaxing and the suites are cozy.

Very large grounds with a spacious conference area. Clean rooms and good food. Excellent staff. They have golf carts avaliable for rent for guests.
