They must hate making new customers. They dont even pick up their main phone line?! I was waiting for several minutes as the phone rang and tried calling on multiple occasions and there is no answer. Word to the wise. fire your receptionist, they are a waste of money. How do I book a reservation if the front desk is full of BShitting employees?

From being met out in the parking lot by the Reception staff to being taken care of right from the start this place exceeds most peoples expectations of customer service. The hotel itself is beautifully renovated and well decorated and I was amazed how peaceful ti was. Two thumbs up.

Not impressed to say the least. Buckets in the main lobby due to leaks from the ceiling/roof. Looked like a cheap Motel and smelled like it. We were in the Marina ballroom and the room was much more presentable. Only complaint, the bartender wasn't too friendly or professional.

I loved just about everything about this hotel. The doors are exterior entry, which I always thought meant it was a motel, but oh well. The lobby is gorgeous, the rooms are glamour and modern. The shower was beautiful and HUGE with great water pressure and temperature. The decor and furniture was fabulous.

This hotel has great potential in a perfect location with fantastic restaurants grocery stores located nearby. The hotel itself has a lot to be desired. If you're looking for a Motel 6 Style Hotel this will fit you well. Otherwise you might want to shop elsewhere.
