My boyfriend ordered me boots from them two months ago. Still have not received them. He's called and emailed and they say they would call back but never do. We live 2 hours away from the store and we drove there and talked to the manager. She told us she would call the next day. But didn't. Horrible customer service. Horrible management. This is ridiculous.

Will say the products are good. Missing a few parts and pieces as times but one can compensate for that. BUT they don't compensate you at all. Nor help you at all. Their customer services is bad. If they fail on their part they do not compensate you at all. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

The staff is fun and very helpful. My wife was looking for a specific pair of boots and they did not have her size. Two of the women there searched online for at least a 1/2 hour each looking for these boots. I purchased my boots from here and I am very happy with them!

Wonderful selection for both English and Western riders. Their stable blankets are THE BEST! I buy all our blankets here. Their vee-free line is perfect for high-whither horses.
