Who ever made the choice to stay open until 1am really over estimated the consumer's desire to shop. Plus, the entire men's selection of cuff links was 4.underwhelmed!!

The last cashier I had made my final decision on what I really thought about this location. I love it. I know Kohls can be a little higher priced but sales, coupons, Kohls cash make it worth it.

Great customer service. The discounts and sales are what keeps me coming back. I had Kohl's cash on my last trip to this store and my total after that was $14.37. I saved like $72!

Hike the retail price then put things in sale. Giving you false idea of an even better deal. Never has XL socks or XXL men's underwear in stock even though there is spots for them.

So I came today with a baby and asked a person to help find me a cart where I can put my baby. Lady said that they are busier than usual and all the available carts are at the front. They were not. She said: Sorry. I hope all the stores be closed soon and those people will be without jobs. I know that owners of the stores complain that people buy usually online. Well here we go this is the reason. I will never shop there again. Never

I visited this store one morning, just as they were opening. The store was a mess, it looked like a teenage girl's bedroom, a complete shambles. I was looking for something specific I had seen on their app. I found one in one department and another hanging on a random rack. No one was available to help, they were all standing around talking to each other. I'll never go to that store again.

Trying to get help at the watch counter was like pulling teeth. Maybe they thought I wasnt going to buy anything not sure. Bought two watches somewhere else though. Wish they could have had better service during the holidays!

I understand the policies set in place for using my wife's credit card But In the last 5 years I have had no problems at any other stores and used it the same morning at another location My daughters and I spent 3 hours picking out clothes and shoes only to get to the register and be turned down due to my name not being on the card..They wanted to hold the items until my wife drove an hour to verify the card. Very very disappointed!! Thanks Kohl's!! The only reason I gave 2 stars is that the bathroom was clean!
