  We used the team at Schloegel to do a remodel that included removing a wall, building a new staircase to access an attic area that they turned into a usable space, adding a shower to a half bath in the upstairs bedroom, and refinishing walls and the ceiling throughout the main floor. From the first meeting we had with them through the completion of the 3 month project there was never any doubt that we made the correct decision to work with Schloegel! The project cost was very fair, the quality of the work was absolutely perfect, and the complete professionalism of every member of their team made the project extremely enjoyable. They were able to accommodate us so that we could live in the house while the work was being done. The house was cleaned up at the end of each work day and all their equipment and building materials were always kept tidy and out of the way to make it possible to remain in the house throughout the entire project. The project was completed at the promised time even after several changes we made along the way. From minor changes we wanted to make as we saw how the project was coming together to bigger changes due to the nature of things you can’t know about until you start a demo in a 1950's built home – the team at Schloegel was always able to pivot to make the project turn out exactly as we had envisioned it. We could not be any happier with every facet of working with the amazing team at Schloegel Design!!

  Schloegel Design Remodel recently finished a kitchen and mudroom addition for our family. With a project that size, we knew we wanted a design–build company we could trust to stay within budget, finish on time, and most importantly, one focused on quality craftsmanship to bring to life a dream 10 years in the making. The hallmark of any good service provider is the ability to listen and anticipate the needs of its clients. Schloegel delivered and then some. My wife, who works for the Company, has for years described Schloegel’s unrelenting focus on delivering the ultimate client experience. From the design, which they expertly guided us through, construction, to the personalized interactions each week, the remodeling experience was exceptional. The team including sub-contractors – top notch. Our new kitchen and mudroom, in beauty, form and function, has improved our overall quality of life and has brought enjoyment to the spaces we gather in as a family. Much of that, I attribute to Schloegel listening and working to meet or exceed our expectations every step of the way. Perhaps our only complaint is we miss sharing a cup of coffee with our Project Lead, Ryan, each day.

  We have always heard very good things about Schloegel Remodeling, but we had been hesitant to try them thinking they would be too expensive. Our project was to replace a 12 foot wide sliding door (3 panels) to our patio. Much to our surprise, Schloegel was less expensive than the name door replacement firms. But more importantly, the professionalism of the team (from sales to installation to billing), and the quality of their work, exceeded our expectations. People arrived on time, immediately put down protective coverings on our hardwood floors, and continued in that professional manner throughout the project, which took about 4 days in total. At the end of each day, both inside and outside were cleaned completely. Billing was clear and payment was simple. We look forward to using Schloegel Design Remodel for our next project.

  So I'm a freelance architectural photographer and I've had the privilege of photographing most of the "after" pics for the past few years. Many times I get to speak with the homeowners and chat about their home remodel experienceI've never heard so many homeowners talk so highly of a remodeling company! Turning your home into a construction site is stressful, but time and time again I hear how Schloegel made the process as smooth and easy as possible. I'll often hear homeowners talk about members of the Schloegel crew as if they were close friends or family. They're a unique combination of providing superior quality, professionalism, and friendliness - all in one company.

  The Schloegel team from start to finish were great to work with on our Kitchen "remodel". I use quotation marks as it wasn't a full rip and replace but included ripping out the island and replacing with a larger, including rerunning electrical, adding countertop lighting under the cabinets, new backsplash, new countertops, and new lighting above the island.
  
  The services we received came from their "handyman" side of the house and the team delivering was great to work with. Definitely would recommend Schloegel.
