To start off, the lady who did my nails started the session, telling me how much she liked an almond shape nail. I wanted a coffin shape with basic paint. We got to her cutting the nails and I kept telling her to go shorter. Once she got to the length I wanted, she said she couldn’t do the coffin design anymore?? I’ve done my own acrylic nails and know it’s very much possible to do coffin shape. I ended up with the terrible almond shape anyways. Secondly, she was on her phone the entire time. Making calls, texting, etc. the final result ended in nails in varying lengths, thickness, and shapes. My nails came out terrible. Once we got to the pay, she charged me for gel, which I didn’t ask for, a shape I didn’t ask for, and length. Overall terrible experience. Not to mention other times I’ve been, and they constantly talk about how short my natural nails are. Very unprofessional

Beautiful, clean, friendly Salon with relaxing atmosphere! Lynn was very professional and made my Nails look beautiful and Natural! They strive to make everyone happy with their services! I was very Happy🥰Thank You😘 I would give them 10 ⭐️

Not impressed. I should have realized something was amiss when I called for an appointment, and they didn't ask for my name when making the appointment (I gave it to them anyway). I showed up a couple of minutes late (but that's it 2 minutes!), walking in behind another woman. I was instructed to go pick out my nail color which I did. Meanwhile, 2 more women walked in (2-3 minutes after I got there). Once I picked out my nail color, I was instructed to sit in a chair. Then a minute or two later, another employee told me to sit in a different chair. Then they proceeded to sit the two newcomers in the chair I had just vacated and the adjacent chair. Subsequently, they started pedicures for all three of the women that had walked in around the same time I did. I waited for 15 minutes, and after no one had even spoken to me, I got up and left. Again, not impressed.

Cindy did an amazing job providing me with high quality nails! She was incredibly friendly, professional and detail oriented with what I was asking for! I received tips/dip for the first time and my nails feel a million times better. I can tell these will last for a few weeks and I’m incredibly grateful for Cindy’s services!

We came in as a party of 4. The team did a fantastic job. Way better than the place across the street. Thank you for squeezing us in.
