  If you're looking for someone who talks about how much he's making, told me to "shut up" while on the phone after choosing him as representation, described what he was wearing and how he was laying on his couch???

  Mr. Rubenstein is professional and extremely knowledgeable. He articulated a clear and concise plan to help facilitate the best possible outcome and preserve your well being. He was very flexible and innovative in dealing with the case during the covid-19 stay at home order. I highly recommend Mark Rubenstein as an attorney.

  I am one who normally doesn't write reviews, but if it wasn't for Mark Rubinstein I wouldn't be in the good position that I am in today. I was falsely arrested when I was vacationing in Colorado. This was my first arrest in my life and obviously I was pretty traumatized by the ordeal. Mark, in his professional wisdom, was not only able to get the charges dropped, but was also able to get my record sealed. I waited several months to write this review to see how my life turned around for the better. Mark was readily available and moved quickly to rectify my situation after my family contacted him. I will one day return to Gunnison to shake his hand and give him the biggest hug a friend could give.

  Mark was seemed very professional and was able to get me a very reasonable plea deal. He made the time to sit down and really learn my case. Even though i will never be in that situation again, if i was i would choose Mark

  Finding Council Rubinstein was absolutely a big blessing in our lives! We are an out of town family with a son residing in Colorado for college when he was facing complicated legal issues for driving without a license. As a mother, not living in the area, I needed to know that I had an attorney who not only believed in us but that had my son's interest at heart. Mr. Rubinstein was professional, accessible at all times and knowledgeable in the field. He is the kind of attorney you want to have by your side representing you.
