Had my heating and cooling installed in just one week. Fast and efficient furnace and ac service provider. My current unit is quitter, heats up the home quicker. we have more airflow now in the second floor, which before we couldn’t get enough air. I recommend the 2 stage unit to anyone having airflow issues in they’re home and recommend this company.

My heater recently stopped working over the weekend, and Daniel came and ran diagnostic on my furnace, found the issue quickly and repaired it just as fast. I appreciated that Daniel walked me through what the issue was and how he was going to fix it, as well as things to look out for in the future (if any). He was very knowledgeable and professional, highly recommend! I will use their services again for any further HVAC needs.

If you are looking for an AC repair, this company is not the one you should contact because of their obvious PRICE GOUGING, lack of transparency, and complete disregard of professionalism. And finally their BLATANT LYING about a refund to save face on a public forum when given a bad review.

My AC was working perfectly fine for the last two years but recently wasn’t functioning correctly so I called them. Daniel L. came to my house and did some minor testing and told me the system was only pulling 47 amps and the power failed. He said I would need to spend over $1,000 for basic or over $3,000 for advanced repair. When asked about which parts he would replace during the repair, he would not tell me, citing them as a “company secret”. Instead of attempting to repair my current system, he only tried to price gouge me for newer installations.

Rather than take any responsibility for his service, he comes here to smear my review and is defensive of any criticism.

Update:
I had another company, Classic Heating & Air Conditioning, come out the day after and they correctly diagnosed the broken capacitor, repaired and cleaned my AC unit for $200. A fraction of the price Daniel was asking for… All the issues of “the indoor coil being deprived of air” and “2.5 ton unit being insufficient” were completely false non-issues, as said by this company, and would never be an issue either. My AC has been working perfectly fine since this repair.

Tuesday July 26, 2022. It was over 100° outside. Our home AC stopped cooling at noon. By the time we got home and tried to selfdiagnosed the issue by 530pm. Most HVAC local shops are closed or closing by 6pm. My brother and I went on a hunt for an AC capacitor at Home depo and Lowe's with no luck. I then called more rhan 10 places and again most were closed. A few reps did answered my call but were more focused on making an appointment with theirs techs for next month since everyone is slammed with this heatwave. Moreover, I got two calls from two different numbers and one text. Global international Heating and Cooling Co. employees were working on a job in the ungodly heat. They were more than willing to save our lives by providing us with a much needed capacitor in order to get our AC blower back online. They took the time to help us out and even offered to help us with our AC unit. All other places were not willing to provide us with the capacitor and just sounded as if they wanted to get off their phones. I recommend this company to everyone else and we are planning to hire them and recommending them to our friends and family members. God bless everyone! We are forever grateful and they have earned our business and most importantly, our respect. We need more people willing to work and help others when humanly possible 🙏 🙌 🙂

Our AC stopped working sometime last night and getting it fixed became a priority since we're in the middle of a heatwave all week. I called their number at 9 am and talked to Daniel, he was a very pleasant person to talk to and seemed very knowledgeable on everything AC-related. By the time 10:30 am rolled around, he had everything up and running. Thank you for an amazing, thorough, and efficient work, Daniel.
