Bob and Marianne were amazing to work with! We moved into a new house that had no window treatments. It was overwhelming. Bob came to the house and helped me pick shades for the bedrooms, he actually talked me out of the more expensive blackout blinds I thought I wanted, pointing out how they would block out so much of the natural, beautiful light we were getting. Then, we headed to the showroom to pick out window treatments for the downstairs. We chose the Nantucket for a lot of the downstairs windows and I am THRILLED with them. They are gorgeous and pictures really don’t do them justice. I never would have found them without Bob and Marianne! The installers were prompt, quick and absolute professionals. Can’t recommend these guys enough.

Dealing with Blinds and Drapery Showroom was a delight. Owner Bob Yokum knows his merchandise. In helping me to select custom blinds to replace my tired, old ones, he kept in mind what I might want to spend, was frank in giving me a timeframe for delivery and truly helped me to select colors that coordinate well with rooms. Plus Bob's son expertly installed the blinds as soon as the manufacturer made them available.

Always nice to do business with a properly run family operation.

This my second time using Bob at Blinds and Drapery, and there are three good reasons for this: attentive, genuine and friendly service; a great product line; and excellent installers. It's clear that Bob cares about his customers and runs his business accordingly. If you're looking for someone who will be committed to you before, during and after your project, this is the place to go. As an example, I had a very minor manufacturing issue with the cord on one of my blinds (something no one could have known until after some use). Bob responded to my call immediately and had someone come over right away. The repair took about two minutes--and the blind has been fine since. I really appreciate a business owner like Bob who truly cares about customer service.
