Hi Dr. Bade, My family and I truly enjoyed you as our family physician. You served us for many years in Milwaukee on North 12th. My wife and I always pray for you and talk about you. I think it's because we've always had a hard time trying to find another doctor who not only treat their patients, but show that you are concerned about them as a whole. We want to say thank you for all the years you served us. May God continue to keep you and your family. Miss you!
