Whether you're filing a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13, they will treat you fairly and with respect and dignity. Working with Mr. Shea specifically has been great. From the first visit he helped me conclude the best decision for my financial situation and has worked consistently alongside me for 3 years to be sure I achieved the set goals. I recently made my last Chapter 13 trustee payment and Mr. Shea and his team celebrated with me. I felt like a part of the family. Going through financial challenges and hurdles is tough. It's embarrassing and no fun to experience. But the Sawin Shea LLC team truly provided the utmost professional services and ultimately helped me to get back on track.
