I just moved my insurance policies to another company after being with State Farm for 25 years. Ben will not accept or return phone calls. After an accident I had last year, I tried for weeks to speak directly with Ben, but could never talk with him. The run-around I got from his office and State Farm's corporate office was nothing short of a joke. And if the terrible customer service wasn't bad enough, they changed a life insurance policy I had on my son and refused to correct their mistake unless he took time off work to come into the office and sign a form. I took the policy out when he was a teenagerit should have never been taken out of my name.
I am amazed this office can remain in business with the way they treat their policyholders.
Very friendly and courteous service. Convenient location on W. State Street. Been with State Farm for 20 plus years, and use them for both Home and Auto policies. Have received courtesy calls, and never had a problem with getting quick and accurate answers.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE YOU GUYS!! YOU ALL ARE VERY HELPFUL AND WE APPRECIATE ALL YOU ALL DO FOR US!! VERY KIND AND WILLING TO GO OUT OF YOUR WAY TO HELP US WITH ANYTHING WE NEED!!! WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! THANKS BEN IGOU AND YOUR AWESOME STAFF!!!
State Farm has been my good neighbor from the time I began driving. Ben's agency has been a great place to work since I came on board in September of 2013. As an agency, we are very exited about our recent move to Bristol and look forward to providing solutions to the unexpected for clients in both Tennessee and Virginia.
the level of customer service went from WOW great to "I can't believe you people even stay open with this level of service" BAD. I have home/life/auto & additional policies as well. I've NEVER gotten a return phone call from Ben. In order to speak with him you have to physically go to the office and DEMAND to speak to him. He will NOT speak over the phone or in person to his clients unless they INSIST on it. And there has been a fairly high turnover in staff as well. I've had to call the 800# to get any info on anything. WORST AGENT EVER!
