  Absolutely great service. I have never had such service in my life. Hate the fact that they only cover the south because I will miss this company when I move up north. Karen has been absolutely amazing. Definitely worth 10 stars.

  My first time using Guide Insurance was back in 2011. Customer Service was excellent. The agent that assisted me was very professional, knowledgeable of what I needed to get me started , patience in taking the time to help me understand my policy. Thank You Mrs. Weaver and to everyone at Guide Insurance for warm greetings. I highly recommend everyone there. Superb services you guys!!!

  I worked with Karen to lower my auto policy rate. I gave her my family's information and within 24 hours, we saved almost $70 with another carrier! She was very attentive and efficient. I highly recommend this service to anyone who's searching for insurance!

  Guide Insurance is one of the best insurance company in the Birmingham metropolitan area. These guys are awesome and I have enjoyed ever day with these women and men. I have been in business with them since 1999. And they giveneed me everything and more in the auto insurance world. They are professional but laid back. They make you feel comfortable while you are interacting with them. I just love doing business with guide insurance. They are best and recommend them to everyone who ask me about auto insurance.   Since I have been with guide insurance agency they have been so wonderful. If I call and let them know I need some paper work asap they send it to my email with no problem. I wouldn't trade them for no other insurance company.
