Im not surprised that all the 5 stars came from administration and management. If you love your love one you would bypass trussville (deathville).. Do yourself a favor and ask around or do some research before you consider this place, honestly.

I don't see how this place is open. The CNA don't make rounds every two hours, they ignore call lights and the nurses say nothing. The residents are not taken care of like their suppose to. I know because I've worked here and didn't like how they did things and let it slide so I quit because it's unprofessional and understaff. Do not bring your love ones here and it's not a great place to work!

My husband was accepted to this nursing home. By 9:00 pm the same night he was shipped out to the hospital. Our short stay was a blessing, since the care was so bad. No one came to check on him while I was there. He could not feed himself. Hot water was running full blast in bathroom and would not turn off. Not a good experience.

I do not understand how this facility is still open. We were not there 24 hours and my husband fell. Then 3 days later he fell again that resulted to him being put in ICU. Then they lied about what really happened to him. Please do not send your love one here!
