Great service a lot better than going to large dealership in Augusta.
GREAT PLACE TO BUY YOUR NEXT FORD !
Fantastic customer service from local folks who go the extra mile.
We've been taking our Navigator here since the day we purchased it. over 8 years. Give them a try.
Great service. Friendly, helpful staff. Lisa is the best
Have traded with the Satchers many times and always found them to go over the top to find me the car I wanted at a good price. Also have had great help from their service dept. A warm, small-town dealership that goes the extra mile!
I took our lincoln to Satcher ford expecting same grade of service as Gerald Jones Ford though that does seem to be the case. I was having simple key remove & add 1 key with remote done. They first quoted ~200. They they called stating problem with wire causing fuse to blow which was stopping them from programming the keys. So they quoted ~400 total to fix issue. Then they called back stating another part needed to be replaced to allow them to program the keys. quoted ~1300. I assume they don't check all problems to fix car before they quote prices. What doesn't make since is they were able to communicate to car PC to clear keys though they can't readded them so car doesn't run now. I would have done this work myself but I don't have the ford/lincon PC programmer. I would recommend you go to Gerald Jones Ford if you want them to do the job right.
Of all of the new car purchases we have made this was the easiest of them all. Great people, great dealership!
Biased services even if you have most the cash the you probably will not walk away from payments on a vehicle. For instance, we had14,000 cash and still could not obtain a 16000 dollar vehicle. Good grief. Still waiting on that call for that red truck ladies and gentlemen.
I brought my 2016 Flex in for the "Works" oil change & arrived at 8;30am.
In front of me were 5 cars & there were 3 in the stalls already being worked on.
My car was not completed for the oil change until 11:51.
With 3 mechanics on duty I don't understand why I had to wait for 3 hours before leaving.
This wait time described above for the Works by me has been experienced more then once. I keep asking myself if I should go to a Pennzoil place of business for an easy in & out experience.
I have been dealing with Satcher Ford for 16 years when buying a new vehicle & have always received very good service & help when needed.
Ford is still my vehicle of choice & always will be. I worked for Ford Motor Co. for 40 years minus 5 months. The Flex I drive is the best vehicle I have ever driven & it is my second Flex.
Hopefully there will be a third.
On another occasion just a few days later I brought my wife's 2011 Mustang in for a scheduled repair & I was in & out in a very short time for which I would give a 5 star choice.
I just picked up my 2004 Ranger truck from Satcher Ford. Two months ago they put in a master cylinder for my brakes. I drove it for the last two months and lately I thought the brake pedal was going soft again. The service dept.(Phil) took my complaint and had me leave it with them to be checked out. They kept it all day and 3 mechanics checked it out & drove it. I just went to pick it up and Phil told me they couldn't find anything wrong, plus he spent several minutes explaining their findings. One of the mechanics that checked it out also talked to me. I was very pleased that they wanted to assure me that it was safe to drive and everything checked out fine. When I went to pay, the two young ladies at the desk, Linda & Debbie, were very polite and said there was no charge, they just wanted me safe and to feel secure in driving my truck,
Thanks Satcher Ford Service Dept. & Ford Motors!
