I had a great experience picking out the ring. They were extremely nice and helpful and gave me what I thought was a good deal. Of course I got the warranty…
When I took my fiancé's ring in to get it sized they promised two weeks. Long story short, the first time took 3 weeks and the second time took 4 weeks. Very frustrating. I guess as long as your fiancé can go that long without her ring you'd be ok.
