Excellent brunch spot! Environment is very fancy and bright. Views from all angles of the restaurant are beeeeyooootiful. Menu isn’t big for brunch but that narrows down choices for me. Had a great server, she suggested I try the crepes they had on special. Good recommendation!

Amazing food. The soup of the day was made perfectly, with an exact balance of creamy, savory, and smokey. The oysters were fresh and tasty, albeit not the best oysters i have ever had. Our entrees and dessert were perfectly composed and presently beautifully. Service was slow at first but good overall.

First time here for our anniversary and the food was excellent! I had the salmon and my girlfriend had the orecchiette, both of which were a 10. Anthony or server did a great job and was very knowledgeable about the menu items. We will definitely back very soon. Thanks for a great experience. Highly recommended!

Have been there for dinner many times with friends and have always been happy. But I tried their brunch for the first time and it was AMAZING! Definitely worth coming downtown. Their setup is a little weird, the host station is in the middle of the restaurant but, everything else is great.

Sardines has a fabulous brunch menu. The crab shrimp and bacon cakes are the absolute best! Dinner does not disappoint either. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone for any occasion.

I had an excellent time at Sardine! My waiter "Mark - Anthony" was very friendly and knew the menu very well! He was able to describe dishes very pleasantly and didn't flinch when I asked for a reccomendation. He was also very talkative in a great way, very personable. The cuisine I had received was excellent. The seasoning was exceptional, technique was spot on and presentation was very classic - French in which I adore. I would recommend this to anyone visiting or living in Madison and I will certainly be back.

Sardine is one of my favorite birthday restaurants! Every entree I've tried has been utterly delicious from taste to presentation, and the desserts are divine. I highly recommend the Butterscotch Pot de Creme.

Consistently excellent food and service. Brunch is fantastic, dinner better yet. Creative, rustic French Fare. Been there more than 20 times, never less than wonderful.

Great atmosphere with a viewable kitchen. The Oysters on the Half shell were delicious. The seared Salmon was perfectly done, moist and the added lentils were delicious.
The Pan Roasted Haddock was also done perfectly! The only reason this is not a five is because the service got really slow when the place got busy.

Perfection. Absolutely amazing French restaurant in Madison. The happy hour deals are excellent if you want to have a quick affordable meal. The full menu is even better and my preferred place to celebrate any occasion. Staff is very friendly, knowledgable and professional. Brunch is great as well. I've ate here at least 10 times and plan to keep going back. Could not recommend Sardine more.

The service here has always been fantastic. Great food I love their seared salmon. Also love that they have brunch on Saturday and it goes later in the afternoon than most places. Brunch is a little pricy but it's worth it for what you're getting.
