Decent amount of stores in operation compared to most 70s era malls. Very busy with a lot of children though. Parking is not a problem although the lot is in need of resurfacing in places.

I'd give them 5 but was recently told in one of the (nearly empty) bistro theaters that they now have a one item minimum purchase in the bistros. As far as I can tell, this is not posted anywhere. They leave It up to the poor kid working the bistro to tell you. It was approximately 2 o'clock on a weekday afternoon. We'd just had lunch and didn't want anything. We picked the movie for the time, not the food/theater. So now IF I did want popcorn or pop I'm supposed to buy it in the theater? So I can give them a tip and be interrupted with the bill for something it's easier to pick up on the way in? I'm rather disappointed in Marcus.

This mall is finally getting some new life breathed into it after many years! 2017 has been a big year and they've basically got an entirely new batch of restaurants in their food court.

Not many stores left and hardly any food restaurants left in the food court. Only store i really go there for now is Barnes and Noble.

Doing a bunch of remodelling.. will probably be better when its done. Food court variety has diminished

Lots of places to check out here. The food court has some good food there. The whole place is pretty clean, not terribly priced items, and usually pretty lax there.

Mall appears to be getting a needed upgrade. Floors are under renovation. Food court businesses have thinned out. There are still quite a few of the main chain stores. West Town has better food and shopping if that is an option.

There are lots of changes being made to this mall and transition does not always make your shopping experience an exciting one during changes. Some stores are leaving and others moving around in the mall, which can make things a little confusing when you're looking for a specific store or product. So, be patient and the changes will be great when complete, I'm sure.

Mall was clean and well lit. There were plenty of stores, however, as malls go, there were people everywhere. Kids that weren't watched or 11 year olds that were there alone in groups of 20 make the mall a "get in and get out" type of place.

It use to be a good place to shop and eat. You can still find some good products and food, however ever there is a lot of riff raff hanging around. You never feel at ease while shopping

I have been visiting East Towne Mall since 2001. I enjoy the mall and the offerings that are available. It is nice to have family restaurants and access to nice clothing without having to drive to the west side of Madison or Milwaukee.
