  Very nice people in this restate. We went in to check on a vacation rental and the guy that helped us was very nice. He let us go check the place out. I would definitely recommend going on here for all your restate question.

  My entire family absolutely loved the condo we rented on the beach from
  Island Real Estate! Our accommodations were fabulous! The place was newer - maybe only 5-8 years old, clean and well cared for, and very much like home, just like they promised! Our patio faced the ocean over the fenced pool area with a gate leading out to the beach. I would DEFINITELY rent this place again, and loved working with Island Real Estate - such friendly people! You won't be sorry.

  We had a great time. The place was exactly like the pictures. We really enjoyed our stay & I'm sure we will be back. We enjoyed the pool and how close it was to the beach.
  The only thing we found was who-ever used the place before us had left many dirty dishes. Many of the dirty dishes we found looked as if they had been put away dirty. Also the water failed to drain properly in the dish washer, so if you didn't run the dishwasher daily it would start smelling. It looked like people had just dumped everything that was on the dishes right into the dish washer rather than rinsing anything off. There was food laying in the bottom of the dishwasher which we felt was probably plugging it so it didn't drain correctly.
  It's too bad Mother Nature had to bring in Tropical Storm Collen so we lost about a day & 1/2 due to all of the rain, but can't predict storms.
  The lady who came out to clean the pool on Tuesday after the storm was rather rude. We had cleaned most of the big palm branches out of the pool and any laying around the outside of the pool. All she could see was how full the pool was and what a mess it was in. She sort of took it out on us which was not our fault. Like we told her we could have left the entire mess, but we were eager to use the pool and did what we could to get it as clean as possible before she arrived. As for how full the pool was apparently she forgot how much rain had fallen.
  Other than than those couple of minor issues we had a great time and will be back again.

  This was our second time vacationing on Anna Maria Island, this year it was a family get together as well. Island Real Estate was great to work with, we had found a house we felt would work well for 14 of us. The reservation was made with Island Real Estate last May, they made this process real easy and provided all the info we needed and promptly answered any questions or concerns.
  Our week was great, the house we rented worked perfectly for our crowd and everything was provided as indicated by Island Real Estate. We had a few minor issues discovered the first weekend there, Island Real Estate Guest Services promptly sent a maintenance person and resolved them.
  I would recommend using Island Real Estate.
