I rarely ever leave reviews but I felt compelled to let others know the out standing service I received at Malt Realty from Jessica Chung. After Hurricane Irma I was unable to return home due to the flooded roads and downed trees Even though at times Malt Realty was closed I had Jessica cell phone number she always responded even when it was not office hours and kept me updated on the staus of repairs. She has always been professional from the very first day she showed me the home. She arrived early to the appointment and didn't make me feel rushed. Any questions I had she was always willing to answer. I turely hope malt realty knows what an amazing employee they have. Jessica Chung Customer Service skills exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for their new home or wanting to rent their property.

When I found a rental unit I was interested in, I contacted Malt Realty and was responded to by Jessica Chung. Everything from there went so smoothly and professionally, I was amazed! Any time I've had an issue, Jessica and the team at Malt Realty has addressed it quickly. I feel like what I care about and how I feel is important to them, and that's such a great feeling! Living in a rental they manage has been the best renting experience I've ever had.

We've been working with Rosa. Despite submitting our application right before Hurricane Irma hit, she made sure that everything was still processed for us. Our current apartment complex isn't even open, but she worked hard to find alternate sources of information for our application. We are so excited to move into our new home!

I own 3 rental properties in Ft Myers that are managed by Malt Realty. Lately, I had several maintenance issues with the properties. Joyce Zelwinder, the Maintenance Coordinator, has been very helpful in addressing the problems. She has been very responsive, trying to get the issues solved quickly so that the tenant needs are addressed asap, while, at the same time, considering the landlord needs of finding contractors that provide good quality of work at a decent price. This is very important for a landlord especially when your properties are located far away from your place of living.
Having somebody who you could trust when dealing with contractors it is priceless. So far, Joyce, has proved on several occasions to be that type of person.

Dear Friends~
Dan from Diamond Appliance Repair was at my leased condo this time yesterday morning to take care of a leak in the back of my refrigerator that a prior appliance company was unable to fix. I have only the highest praise for Dan. He was here when Diamond had promised he'd be here.
A personable man, he was confident in his ability to fix the problem. He zeroed in on the problem immediately and went to his truck to get a newer and appropriately larger what he called a "ferrule" to install. He showed me the old, smaller ferrule and explained what had gone wrong - it was inherent in the unit - the smaller ferrule - because of the unit's year of manufacture - and he spoke with complete assurance the leak would not recur. But he told me to call him if the leak recurred within 90 days.
Then he adjusted the refrigerator's legs and returned the unit to being on its wheels, so I could roll the unit out into the kitchen to open the door wide enough to remove the lower food bin and clean the discoloration in the back of the fridge, that had built up because of the leak. I give Dan and Diamond Appliance five stars. (Just to be cautious, after Dan left yesterday, I placed a bowl in the back of the fridge just in case the leak recurred. As I type this review 24 hours later, the bowl is still bone dry.) Five stars for Dan and Diamond Appliance Repair of Bonita Springs.

I found a place online that would work out perfectly for myself and my son. I contacted Malt Realty & was set up to meet with Rosa Martinez at the unit as per my request the following evening. Upon contact, Ms. Martinez was extremely patient and attentive to my needs, as I'd explained that I was in need of a quick turnaround process. Not only was Ms. Martinez expeditious in determining that I could be in the unit ASAP, she contacted me back within 2 days (where I'd originally expected an additional week or so) to notify me of the fact that I was approved. Although I understand that the rental process is likely to take time, I must admit that for my personal situation, the quick response to my needs was very reassuring and quite frankly, a God-send. I am truly appreciative to Ms. Martinez and the service via Malt Realty at this particular juncture in my life. This experience has been one that has been very rewarding for myself as a working adult with personal needs but most importantly, as a mother. Thank you so much, Malt Realty, for your wonderful service.

Malt Realty helped me find an amazing town house to rent. The staff is so helpful (Rosa was fantastic), and any questions I had they answered right away. I highly recommend Malt Realty to anyone. They have a great selection of properties!
