This is one of the better spots to stay in downtown, the service is good and the location is dead center of everything

I'm actually giving this place two thumbs up. 👍👍 U gotta be smart and ask for the renovated rooms I stayed in room #3 Beds were definitely comfortable and room was nice and clean Very surprised but very happy!

DO NOT HAVE A COLD AND NO KLEENEX AVAILABLE, IF YOU DO, DO NOT PLAN ON USING THE ROLL OF TP AND TRY TO HET ANOTHER ONE. THEY WILL YELL AND SCREAM AT YOU AND MAY, LIKE THEY DID ME, AND DEMAND TO KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING WITH MORE THAN ONE ROLL OF TP IN A DAY. YOU NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS, PILLOWS W/YOUR OWN CASES, KLEENEX, TOILET PAPER, ELECTRIC HEATER IF IT'S WINTER. THAT'S ALL I CAN THINK OF AT THE MOMENT. BUT MOST DEFINITELY BRINH YOUR OWN TP!!!!!!!!

The staff was not cooperative at all about registered support animal. I explain what the laws are and that I was happy to provide my documentation. They did not want to see my documentation or even meet my support animal. I ended up staying at Daniel's in LaSalle instead. The staff there were much more cooperative and were already aware of what the laws are for registered support animals.

This place is a dump! Dirty! I don't know what rooms these other people stayed in but mine was patched up with plywood and screws. The bathroom was disgusting.the room stunk! Gross! $45 was too much to pay!

The room is so nice and the beds are so comfortable, we had sound sleep . Best motel at best rates , the staff is so friendly
