The staff was friendly and the room was clean. But the hott tub wasn't very hott and our room 336 the shower was not good! It was a trickle of water at best. Which was disappointing.

Rented the meeting room for an all-day board gaming event. Very well priced room and nice, accommodating staff. Meeting room has a mini-fridge and the staff provided coffee, water, and tub with ice for attendees. Definitely returning for another event.

Stayed in a 2 queen plus fold out couch suite. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 4 children. Clean, comfortable needs. Continental breakfast probably the best we've had, as far as choice and taste.

Had been on the road for a week, this was the last hotel. Rooms were clean, had a fridge, and the ac worked great. The cable was OK, nothing great. The staff was very nice and accommodating and the breakfast was the best I had had all week

Nice rooms. Great staff. Cookies in the evening and breakfast in the morning were a nice treat. The pool was small and I think they overchlorinated it, but it was otherwise fine. I would stay there again.

Nice rooms, good customer service, good breakfast, and easy to find. Not a super fancy 5-star hotel but very good for the price. The only major negative was the super tiny pool.

Perhaps I'm being picky (it is Ottawa, not NYC) but it's my opinion based off my experiences.

Rooms are small. Step in, pass bathroom, trip over bed. It has a fridge which is nice and the amenities exist (which is as much as I can say of the swimming pool I could step over and the fitness center with two treadmills) but for the most part I don't think I would stay again. It's twice as expensive as the Super 8 (literally next door) and not much nicer.

I will sayI appreciated a warm breakfast. I'd say that bumps it to three stars.

Coming eastbound down the 80 it is located almost directly off the off ramp. With a Culver's and a Walmart nearby we found the location with no problem. The staff was friendly the lobby was spotless and the carpet was dry. The mattresses had quite a bit of flex to them but it was nice because we were tired. The sheets were clean the TV wasn't terribly big but it did the job. The towels were clean the water pressure was good and they were plenty of options for breakfast all of which seemed fresh. Oatmeal scrambled eggs some turkey or pork patties multigrain bread biscuits you can make your own waffles they had some nice cereal options with milk and orange juice and fruit Etc. This place is pet friendly too I didn't hear or smell any pets but it's nice to know if I travel I can bring my cat with me. This wasn't the most spectacular place I've ever stayed in but it was certainly above-average. The exercise room and the pool are small but if you have children that want to get wet I think it'll do the job.

Wish that I could give zero stars. I'm doing a slow burn here. Just received a call three hours before check in that my reservation was cancelled. Had made this reservation over four months ago and since then my credit card was updated. I told them that I could give them the new number but they said that the hotel was overbooked and no rooms available. I am never staying at a Marriott again and especially beware of this location.
To make matters worse, my son's reservation was also cancelled. Same day. He didn't find out until he arrived. They said they overbooked by eight rooms and had the right to cancel whoever they wanted. The entire family is fuming. Marriott was the focus of our conversation with all the guests at the wedding. I will never forget this experience and make a promise to tell everyone that I know. This was the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. As a matter of fact, it is the only bad customer service in my life.
Beware of this location. You really don't know if you have a room even with a confirmed reservation until you show up.

The service was very good. We had a screaming baby next door and we requested to be moved (we came in late and wanted sleep) and the were able to accommodate us. Definitely made us feel welcomed and important. We did have a few issues. The previous room had a weird smell to it. The our new room''s closet door was also off its slider, but it still worked fine. Hopefully the decor gets a little update, but the service was great!

We had a great experience. We wanted to bring our pup hiking and checked into one of the pet friendly suites. Very clean. The only reason I gave four stars is due to the very noticeable pet smell. Surprisingly, it smelled like cat urine. This is my first time taking my dog to a hotel, so it may just be the price you pay for this amenity, but I also payed the pet deposit and my pet behaved perfectly so I was a little disappointed with having to deal with the smell. The breakfast, shower pressure, and overall cleanliness was a five.

Very polite and curtious service by everyone we dealt with. Pretty clean and well maintained. The room was nice although it's probably time to replace the mattress. Quite soft for me. Breakfast buffet was small but decent with some changes from day to day. Actually more than I was expecting. Easy to find right of the expressway. I liked the tea and coffee option except I didn't see any Earl Grey. Oh well Overall a good experience.
