Front nine is inland and not in great shape. Back nine is super with many ocean views and better conditions. Greens are fast, fairways and tee boxes just ok. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Bunch of idiots! I call at noon as an out of towner asking if they can get me on during twilight, they say no problem. I take a 50 dollar cab ride to get there, 100 round trip. Get to pro shop and Vernon tells me he can't get me on. I tell him my situation and says sorry no go as you can tell he doesn't want to be bothered. Talk about waste of my time. And I've played a few West coast courses in the past. Looked like a goat ranch in comparison.

Pricey but the holes on the cliffs above the Pacific are dazzling, as well as challenging. The first few holes aren't terrible interesting, but after that it's like playing in the clouds and it's hard to have a bad day no matter what you're shooting.

I really wish California wasn't in a terrible drought. The course would have been amazing! Even with the water restrictions, the course is in pretty good shape. The greens roll nice and fast. The greens along the cliff and beach are awesome. I would definitely play this course again.
