We were very frustarated with our experience with Sand & Swirl. The end product is beautiful and so far we haven?t had any issues with the shower itself, but the process of getting to the end product was frustrating. We felt the communication between the office staff, the estimator and the installer was poor. As decisions were made along the way, their documentation was not updated accurately which caused them to put in the wrong color flooring. They corrected the issue without additional charge but it postponed our instillation. They also tried to fault us for the mistake when their office lady did not write it down correctly. Overall, it was too much headache for us trying to make sure they had all their ducks in a row so we could get the finished product exactly how we wanted. That should be their focus, not the customers worry.
We like the product. The installer was great. If you go with Sand & Swirl for your next home project, make sure you are paying attention to details because they may not be.

We had several projects going at the same time, the product looked better installed than. We even imagined, the tub / shower surround makes our tiny little home seem a lot more inviting. Installer was quick, and explained things as he worked. It's only been a fee days and we are getting rave reviews, our plumbers remarked that it is one of the nicest they have seen yet.
Will definitely recommend, and will use again if we need another project done.

Sand & swirl just finished the surround for our tub and shower . It turned out great and they actually fit us in earlier than what we were originally scheduled. We would definitely use them again

Sand & Swirl is the best thing that has happened to my remodel projects. The cultured marble, granite, and TruStone choices are numerous. I went to the showroom (a 45-minute drive from home) after Adrienne urged me to come and see the samples in person. What a worthwhile trip it was. The owner, Corey, came and measured after Adrienne made suggestions on the design, and Brady came and perfectly installed my tub surround. This is the nicest group of people imaginable. They also have a gifted artist who makes the best designs in the industry. Do yourself a favor, and work with Sand & Swirl when you have any project you can..you won't be sorry, but you will feel blessed as I do to have found them! I am eager to find other places in my home to use Sand & Swirl's versatile cultured stone
products.

Clearly this company does not need business. Never even got to schedule an appointment for an estimate! After a frustrating drilling of questions, Adrian said if you are looking for the cheapest bid then we can't help you.
This was the strangest experience. Starting the call with how did you get our number and then after we provided our address for the bid, she immediately responded that they cannot do cheap! Makes me feel like she did a background check and decided that Fruit Heights was not the right market for them. What the heck.

They are always willing to work with their customers and help them choose the right touch for their project.
