Very impressed with all the results, and have had alot of compliments on new shingles and gutter. So thankful Mark suggested we look at one more shingle color and we decided on that color. The gutters are great. Gutters are the same size, however the downspouts are larger which increases the flow of water out of the gutter. Thank you Mark and crew!

Worked with this company due to weather damage to my house. Besides the roof my home needed new siding. Found this company very easy to work with. I was absent for a part of the spring and they willingly worked around this. The work was done in good time. They were a liaison to my insurance company which I was grateful for as they knew what the insurance company needed. The house is beautiful and I smile every time I come home!
I should add that I choose this company because a neighbor down the street had the sign in her yard. Spoke to her and she was very complimentary. Michelle the office manager was a joy to talk to. All questions answered .

We were very happy with our experience with Centennial Home Improvement. The roofers did an excellent job. Amazed @ how hard they worked in 90 degree temps. Jim & Mark are always a pleasure to work with & always kept us informed. Highly recommend!

Very professional. Wanted to speak with me and my Fiancé that way we were all on the same page. Jim Explained the company, the products used, and why they were using the specific product when he came out to do the estimate. Mark the owner was very communicative when it came to when the roof was going to be done and if they ran into any issues. They ended up getting our roof done sooner than originally thought due to leaks inside the house which was amazing! I definitely would recommend them.

Through a very challenging year Mark was always timely and responsive to my project needs. All calls were answered and any concerns addressed right away. He was very personable and easy to work with making what could be a very challenging process a lot easier. I greatly appreciate the time he took to make sure everything was done right.

Great customer service! My experience with Centennial was very good. From the first home visit to the day of installation. The whole crew were friendly, approachable, and professional. If I need work done in the future I will be go back to Centennial. I highly recommend them!

Reshingling my house turned into replacing the roof, also, and even that didn't slow down nor cause problems for the crew. Each day they worked hard, got the job done, were extremely courteous and when they left, were very diligent in going over the yard for debris and any nails that might have accidentally got left behind. I feel fortunate to have Centennial Home Improvement work on my home. The co-owners, managers and crew kept in close contact with me, communicating progress and expectations. Fine company.

Mark Richardson, owner of Centennial Home Improvement, was great, extremely professional, and an excellent problem-solver. When a wire was accidentally cut, he assumed responsibility and got a repairman out right away. His employees clearly took care and didn't cut corners and as a result the house looks lovely. Mark was so nice to deal with and his company did a fine job. I would recommend them to anyone considering siding their house.

Mark from Centennial Home Improvement was excellent when we needed to replace our roof! First he met my insurance adjuster at our home and had ladders set up before the adjuster got there. When it came time to sit down to plan for our roof he was polite and very informative in assisting us with the right choice. The crew was very friendly and polite as well. They cleaned everything up like they had never been there. Great service from beginning to end! I would highly recommend Centennial Home Improvement for any roofing needs!

The sales person was very knowledgeable about the products and explained each product thoroughly and gave informative suggestions on which product would be best for my situation. The roofers did an outstanding job and the finished product looked great. After the project was completed the sales person contacted me to see if i had any questions or concerns about the finished project. I highly recommend this company!!

I had my roof, soffits and gutters replaced with Centennial and I couldn’t be happier the way things turned out. The professional way everyone involved acted, and the excellent workmanship by the guys who did the work. I was always made aware of when workers would arrive and what to expect. They did a great job of clean up after each job was complete.
I didn't know Derick, Jim or Mark when I started my Roof, soffit and gutters job but it was easy to see they wanted to make sure I was happy with the final result. And I’am 100%response / report this review -
