The bouquet looks nice and my wife loved them, however, it was not what I requested. When I made the call roughly 10-15 days in advance, I requested that the bouquet be mostly Gerber Daisies , with some filler to make it look nice. The bouquet had 3 gerber daisies in it. There was more roses/carnations/iris than my desired flower. Regardless of what my wife think looks nice, its not what I was looking for or wanted.
The other part of it was that I requested that they would be delivered in the morning and they did not arrive until 1pm.
I am glad that my wife likes them but I guess maybe I need to be more specific next time about exactly how many of a specific flower I want to be in the bouquet. I would have been happy to pay extra if meant getting what I wanted but I thought based on the way the conversation went, that they understood my request and quoted me that way.response / report this review -

Completely botched a simple out of town Mother's Day delivery order made in advance. They called my my elderly Mother, Saturday prior to Mother's Day. I had intended to surprise her with Mother's Day flowers but the delivery person was unable to piece this together and then dishonestly told her he would call me to figure out the confusion . Disappointingly, I did not have a missed call from this business. Instead, I had to scramble to find a florist to delivery on Mother's Day to cover for their incompetence. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

I live in Texas and my sister lives in Bettendorf Iowa, not knowing who does quality work and who doesn’t, I ordered from several different floral shops over the years for my sisters birthday, Christmas etc. I was always disappointed when she would send me pictures. This place is the BEST, so friendly and they out do themselves. Her arrangement she received today was stunning! So pleased with this place, a very talented and creative florist/florists must work here and love what they do it shows in their creations!
