Emailed the company requesting an estimate for our project, Manuel called me soon after and set up a time to drive over and look at the project only to miss the appointment he requested. I called two hours later and his reply was “good luck with your project”. Most unprofessional contractor I’ve encountered.

Hired Manny and his team to prune our many fruit trees and do a fall yard clean up. Everything looks great! They were on time and professional through the entire job. I highly recommend.

I called, got placed in hold for several minutes, finally he came to the phone and said to text him the address and photos for a quote. I immediately hung up and did just that. I’ve sent an abundance of texts and have heard nothing. Very unprofessional. Also interesting that the only detailed review is from S B

The Sanchez Brothers did a conversion from grass to a water wise landscape. I should mention it was St. Augustine grass which made a couple of landscapers cringe at the thought of removing over 2500 square feet of it. We kind of knew what we wanted but frankly we were all over the place. We obtained a few bids, but we just didn't have a real good feeling about what the final outcome would be. Then along came Manuel from The Sanchez Brother's landscaping. Not only was he professional but he made us feel comfortable about the project and told us he would work with us. He was very flexible and understanding during our indecisiveness.
Once the project was underway, he and the rest of the crew were so nice and professional. They literally held our hands through the entire process. I would joke that they had to babysit us . We are so happy with the final project and VERY happy with The Sanchez Brothers themselves. They removed the old turf, installed weed block and rocks. They also installed paver blocks, a flower bed, converted to a drip irrigation system, installed mulch, plants and electric landscape lights.
