  Responded to my inquiries within one business day. Were super friendly and nice not just to me as I set things up but per my dog and made him feel at ease when they were here. They got out stains that another carpet cleaning company and myself couldn’t get out; so impressed!

  I have two dogs in the house who puke and pee on random occasions. It’s difficult to catch them when they do and I don’t always have time to clean. Time is money after all and the amount of time they saved me is tremendous. I just spot clean stains I find but they found stains I wasn’t able to see! Definitely went above and beyond to spend more time on the tougher urine stains. I believe it’s a fair price for the services they provided. Definitely would recommend!

  I have been repeatedly pleased with this company and their employees. They have been very responsive to my needs and have even worked me in on short notice. The carpets look great and I highly recommend them if you have pet stains. The treatment they use is highly effective. I won't ever use a different company.

  They came to our business (Lincoln Karate Clinic). We have over 200 mats used on a daily basis that are difficult to clean even though we have our own machines. They (Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning) did a great job coming in and making these mats look as good as possible. We will want to use them again in the future when the time comes. We are very selective who we let come into our school and we are glad we picked these folks.

  Owner of company was very communicative. Put a lot of effort into making sure I was aware of stains etc. Introduced me to new products to save carpet life. Did an excellent job! Would definitely recommend! Will use again!
