My daughter and I were pleased with the service and staff at Advantage. The whole process went smoothly because of the care and attentiveness from Kevin. He made us feel comfortable during this very sad and vunerable time and he knew what he was doing which made the process easier than expected. He was professional and friendly and walked us through the whole process without any glitches. Thank you. I definitely would recommend this place.

I strongly suggest that people make their arrangements before they need them. Advantage Funeral has a wonderful group of professionals that will help you have the service you want.
I did not do that quite soon enough for my husband , however there was no stress at any time in making the arrangements I needed. Professional, caring, trustworthy - this is what Advantage Funeral and Cremation Services -Portland is all about.

OK, I just have to get on here an leave another review after helping a friend with a death in CT. The funeral home there charged 3x more for the same services. Every little thing added an extra charge, such as extra copies of the death certificate. At Advantage Jeff answered my emails after hours, even at 9 PM, and was willing to go in even on a Saturday if necessary. In CT, the home has made mistakes on EVERY SINGLE document that they have produced, some times more than once, and are only available during certain days and hours to provide corrected copies. This has dragged out the process two weeks more than originally planned, and caused problems with other agencies and processes that had to be done on a set time schedule. It has shown me how stellar Advantage and Jeff are!!

My brother unexpectedly passed away a month ago I could only afford so much. Kevin at Advantage Funeral was a pleasant and enjoyable person to work with. He answered all my questions and really went above and beyond when I wanted to say my goodbyes to my brother. They are reasonable priced and have excellent quality of service and they have great products to choose from for your loved one The fingerprint memories item Was a great option I plan to get some for my brothers children soon so they have a little piece of him forever
