Awesome outlet mall with tons of options. Great deals like many other places but seems like more varied options at this one. Definitely would recommend if in the area.

The outlets are great shopping during Black Friday and the weekend after Christmas sales. Coach store has some deep discounts on a regular basis. Other than what I had just mentioned. The majority of the outlet stores are overpriced. It’s not worth the hassle and time to travel an hour or longer to go to these outlet shopping centers. You can find everything on the internet or in town for the same price or cheaper than at the outlets, it’s ridiculous that a company still charges close to full price at an outlet, it’s not logical. Ask yourself, why is this place called an outlet. What’s the definition of an outlet? I remember years ago when Sony had an outlet store in San Marcos. The Sony store was always packed with shoppers and truly had great discounts on factory refurbished electronics at great prices. That’s definitely not the case now. Don’t waste your time and if you want to waste your time and go, you probably won’t be back a second time unless it’s during Black Friday.

It's always great to visit here. I always find at one good deal. From clothing apparel to shoes to fragrances, it's a win. I recommend you go during the week. A better vibe to chill and enjoy. Grab you a cup of java and enjoy.

I went this weekend for back to school shopping as I do every year except this time the customers were very rude. I was going to get a parking space and had been waiting for it when an old rude man drives right in front of me almost hitting me just to get the space. People darting out in front of me with their vehichles trying to get out of the parking lot. I felt like I was in Mexico where they have no rules for driving. On The other hand, the employees are all great and helpful. I love visiting the outlets and have for years and will continue to.

Men’s bathrooms feature WATERLESS URINALS which are glorified PortAPotties and smell the same. If they can’t afford water to flush, they can do without me as a customer. Reminiscent of Sheryl Crow’s stupid suggestion that everyone use ONE sheet of bathroom tissue per visit.

I came all the way from Houston to check out the outlets in San Marcus. I absolutely loved the Coach, Converse, & Oakley Outlets! The prices where great and on top of that they had great sales.
