We are regulars of Samurai- we go several times a month. We had never had seafood at samurai until Friday. We normally get steak Tappan and have never had a problem. We got steak and lobster for our anniversary Friday night. The lobster tasted dirty, but edible, and by 6 hours later, we were both sick. We didn't eat anything abnormal that day that we don't eat regularly other than lobster. I finally felt better today, enough to call, so I called and spoke to a manager who said that there was no way we got sick on her lobster, and just sarcastically said "well, sorry." After telling me that no one else complained. (We didn't see anyone else getting lobster) We have been coming to this restaurant for years, and always wondered why it was never busy. Now we know. Don't eat here.

After trying nearly every sushi place in Albuquerque, Samurai is by far our favorite and it's close to our house. We love sitting at the sushi bar to watch preparation and chatting with the sushi guys. We haven't had a roll we didn't like and the sashimi is always fresh and tasty.

The food here is the best in Abq! They reeeeally need to update and remodel though.
We come here often and we are recognized and treated as family. The hibachi soup here is unbeatable. The cooks are all amazing!

I ordered teriyaki chicken and tempura. When the food was brought to my table it was cold . Tempura needed improvement. Unsatisfactory. Tea was not hot. The chefs are experienced and know better.

My family and I have been coming here for the past 3 years, and it is an all time favorite especially with my 2 girls. The service is always great, the chefs are unique when it comes to the open grill. All in all I give it a *5 rating.

Horrible Experience, They made me wait about an hour and still wasn't severed. When I finally got up to complaint and voice my opinion they tried to call the cops. Not to mention a group that entered about half an hour after I did, was served and I got to watch them eat . Horrible!!!

We like to come right when they open, the sushi chefs give us their full attention and often do little extras like sauces for us. Everything is perfectly portioned and priced. Waitstaff is highest quality

What would make a cook think it's appropriate to have a rubber doll and pull it pants down slowly 3-4 while looking at my daughters then make it pull down its pants and pee on the grill. Very inappropriate. We live in a culture where wrong is right and right is wrong. I must have been mistaken, I thought you guys were a family establishment. We are too sensitive to things that we shouldn't be and not sensitive enough to the things we should be, like what images we are putting in our children's minds. When I asked to speak to management they said that they weren't there. I'm disgusted as a father that someone would think this was appropriate acceptable.
