  Salvatore's is a great place for good pasta and pizza. Maybe just a step above fast food but good and nourishing none the less. It's simple and easy. Place your order at the desk on your way in, self serve drinks, food delivered to your table. This is not high end dining but good. Moderately priced.

  Wow! Came across this restaurant after visiting the Birmingham Zoo, we were SO PLEASED! We got two large pepperoni pizzas ( I literally love every topping on pizzas but the kids, you know how that goes sometimes) and they were so damn good. I'm from New Jersey and I have yet to come across something close to home and this definitely hit the spot, I live in Decatur AL and I will drive back for this particular pizza! We also got 3 brownies to go and they were fantastic as well, moist, chocolaty goodness. Atmosphere was a lil dated & I loved it, really took me home. Staff was friendly and I'm trying to keep myself from driving back today as I'm writing this lol

  First time with this establishment. And couldn't have had a better take out experience. Quick to take order over the phone. Had it ready as soon as I walked in. Welcomed me as soon as I walked in. But when I added a few 20oz to the order. I realized I didn't bring enough cash or my card. Would have had just enough cash for it but I wanted to leave a tip. The manager over heard me telling the sweet cashier that I wanted to cancel the drinks so she stepped in and offered the drinks(complimentary) to me anyway!! I was blown away by that! And will absolutely be doing all my pizza dealings with this place, not because I got something free, but because they care enough to do do little things that really build loyalty. Plus the pep za and the cheese bread was superb.

  I've been living in Birmingham for 20 years and it's the first time I stopped at Salvatore's
  I'm officially kicking myself in the balls for not eating at this place before today. The best damn pizza I've ever had in my life. And I've worked at all the chain places.

  Been coming here for many years. Never had a bad meal. Always fresh and tasty. Meat ravioli is awesome. Spinach cheese Alfredo ravioli is awesome too. Enjoy!

  I bought a salad today, when I got home to eat it the salad was brown. I called back and whomever the guy was, he said his name was Jeff asked me what did he want him to do. You don't talk to a paying customer like that, so needless to say I will spend my money somewhere else that appreciates it.
