What a great experience! My wife and I treated ourselves to the full foot pampering packages, with foot bath, foot massage, nail and cuticle care! The works! We relaxed seated side-by-side in the most comfortable chairs with our feet in beautiful, large bowls while two lovely young people cared for our weary feet. Glorious!

Amazing results is what you will end up with here. Most recently I made the mistake of going elsewhere and Kae was kind enough to come in on her day off and fix the work I had done that I was not happy with. She refused to stop working on my hair until I was happy, which ended up being multiple days. I was so impressed.
There's no reason to second guess going anywhere else. Thank you Kae. Concord is lucky to have you and your team of stylists.

This place does a great job with hair but is so overpriced. The prices are not given up front. The last time I went, I had ONLY foils done (no cut, other color, styling- not even a blow dry). Although I was happy with the results, I was charged $240 for this- not including the 20% tip. I called the next day to ask how much full foils typically cost and they said "usually starting around $150 but it depends on the stylist." I asked why I was charged so much and was apparently charged for a hair cut I never got. They refunded me $26 for the haircut (even though I'm sure a cut is much more than $26) but never got the rest of my money back. I won't go back here again.

I just went back for my third visit to this salon. I've had a different stylist each time, and all three were professional, personable, and knew what they were doing! I live over an hour away, and the drive is worth it to me to get stylists who can listen to my ideas and make them happen. It's tough to find a salon where I can get modern, funky styles, and this is one! I've also gotten pedicures, and Amanda is the best! I would definitely recommend this salon to friends--and do!

Website is so annoying. Prices not shown anywhere which is highly unusual and suspect for any salon. I have literally never seen this. Getting to the page where they even list the services they provide is cumbersome, when in reality it should be the easiest thing to do. Furthermore, their keywords are just listed there at the bottom of the page- has the owner never thought to put it in the meta data? Either the owner can't figure out how to run an efficient website in 2017, or she doesn't care enough to get someone who knows what they're doing. Either way that says enough to me about how this business is run. I'll find somewhere else, thanks ✋🏻

Friendly, welcoming staff! Outstanding stylists who actually LISTEN to you and do the absolute best for you! All in one package, from mani-pedi to massage to facials et all..this is THE place in the Capital Region! My stylist, owner/operator Kae Mason, is amazing! I am a very, very happy customer and would highly recommend this establishment to anyone who wants to be pampered and be valued!!!!!

Kae is the best! I am so grateful to have her as my stylist! After being out of town and treated to a haircut, my hair was butchered. When I returned home I immediately called Kaeshe came in on Sunday when the salon was closed, and worked her magic for me. She went above and beyond.thank you!!

Salon K is a beautiful, relaxing salon located in the heart of Concord!
Kae and her team are warm, welcoming and will make you feel right at home the minute you walk through the door.
Kae took her time to consult with me to make sure she knew exactly how I wanted my hair.
She gave me her professional advice, I received a top notch haircut!
The head massage was amazing, and the warm towel at the end was a bonus!
Amanda threaded my eyebrows she was so knowledgeable with excellent technique and fast! I will be back!

When I moved to Manchester from Massachusetts I knew I needed a really good hair stylist. So I went driving around Concord just looking for Salons that looked good. I drove down Pleasant St. and there was Salon K! Somehow, and I know this sounds strange, but I just KNEW this was the place for me! I walked around, peeked in the windows and went home and made an appointment. I wasn't disappointed! They are as great as I knew they would be!

They are, without question, the best at what they do. Everything from being greeted at the door by your name, to being pampered all the way through, is professional and top quality. But it's not just about what actually happens there - it's about the vibe. You relax the minute you walk in.
