  Spent two nights here in the summer, quiet comfortable and affordable. Cozy room with air conditioning. I will be back for some fall fishing.

  Have stayed here 3 years in a row during summer fishing trips. Owners are very kind and helpful. Place is clean, service is fantastic. The prices and location are unbeatable. You can park your boat in front of your room and charge it at night. I will stay here each fishing trip.

  2 years of making SallMar our destination for 2 days of spectacular fishing, spectacular hospitality, in a spectacularly cozy, clean, economical lodging facility - once in the Motel and once in a cabin. Great people, great service, great price. Doesn't hurt that you can catch a 10lb Walleye on the Bays de Noc. Mark Pflug

  Sal-Mar is a good place to stop in the U.P. Friendly folks and a good nights sleep. Sal-Mar has cold beer and friendly advice on fishing.
