Great organization. They called and were prompt in their follow up. Very professional in their work keeping me fully informed of what they were doing and why.
They were always courteous and time sensitive to my schedule. Did the work and cleaned up after themselves.
I'd recommend them, Luis was great.

DISCLAIMER
Everything listed in this review is true to the best of my knowledge and recollection and is based off of my own personal experience dealing with this company.

My insurance company sent out Rainbow Intl. to my home to do mitigation work for a water intrusion event. Once the demo work was complete and the cause of the intrusion our insurance adjuster came out to assess the damage and we were sent a check to pay for the rebuild.
I contacted Rainbow to have them do the rebuild and Andre came out. At first, he was professional but then he asked to see the insurance company assessment. I declined to show him as we needed other work than just what the insurance company paid out and tried to tell him what extra work we would need but he became very rude and abrasive saying that they don’t “piece meal” a job (whatever that means) and that a job has to be worth a minimum of $5000 or else it is not worth it to him. He reluctantly took measurements, said I would get a call from the office, and left.

I did not get a call from his office, which I was not expecting bases on how his attitude towards me was so I shopped around for other contractors. One contractor that came out noticed that there was a separation in my countertop that was caused by improper support of the counters. Rainbow had only used 2 2x4 supports to keep up nearly 12 feet of counter. Unfortunately, when this contractor attempted to reset the counters back, they broke. Had Rainbow provided adequate support for my counters the separation would not have occurred and they would not have broken during reconstruction. New counters cost me over $4000 due to low supply at the time.

I tried to reach out to Andre to explain what happened but he never responded, instead he made his office staff address the issue but was met with nothing but excuses. Eventually after all attempts at a reasonable conclusion I had to take them to small claims court. Andre was late to the hearing and even lied to the judge when addressing my complaint. However even after his lies, my photos showing their negligence in properly supporting my counters, even a signed notarized statement from my contractor saying that the counters broke because of the separation caused by their negligence, the judge sided with Rainbow. Justice was not served that day.

I have attached pictures showing the separation and the whopping 2 supports they put in as well as the separation and subsequent break in the counter. My advice based off of my experience with them is do not work with them. There are a dozen other water clean up companies out there who can give you better customer service and will do a better job.

Luis and the guys did a great job! Arrived on time. Super clean, professional and diligent. They were very careful with our kitchen appliances and surrounding furniture when they had to do some water damage cleanup. Everything was handled with care and set aside nicely not to obstruct main walkways and entrances in our small condo during the repair. These guys kept the mess with demolition to a minimum and when they were done they cleaned up after themselves as if they were never there. 100% recommend these guys!

Luis Martinez, was responsible, respectful. He was very thorough with the inspection. He was very knowledgeable and always took time to explain the process. He is a great asset to the company. Highly recommend his service. The crew was very efficient and worked hard. The work was clean and they covered my floors so the dust was contained.
