  I am the Vice President of a condominium association and I am disgusted with the quality of work performed by All Pro Asphalt. A $20,000 project looks like it was handled by a drunk with a seal coat spray. The seal coat is everywhere it shouldn't be.concrete adjacent to pavement, speed bumps, road reflectors, concrete parking blocks, electrical boxes, and sidewalks. Additionally, a major spillage of seal coat occurred at the entrance of the property that hasn't been remedied. The white parking lines are uneven, the lines are equivalent to a drunk person's sobriety test. The fresh asphalt on the repairs also look terrible. There is overhang and chipping on every piece of patchwork. Damaged our property than improving it.
