I love this office. The staff is super friendly and they really are tge type of people you can trust leaving your loved pets with. Chelsea has been the one employee I've always went to or made sure she was there for my cat. She is super funny and loves animals. I like how the have their office set up and how good the staff is with the animals.

Great service. Super friendly staff. I was surprised that one, it is the fall and even though I live close to woods they said we did not need to worry about ticks on my dog right now. Three people around my yard or woods have found a tick on themselves at this present time. Also not happy this vet doesn't carry K9 Advantix.

I took my cat here yesterday. The doctor was very rude and spoke in a condescending tone. He was literally just a grumpy old man that didn’t help at all with my cat and tried to upsell their own products. The other staff members were nice but I wouldn’t take my animals here again.

The staff is always very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very fast. They will go out of their way to accommodate clients, and the fact that they're always busy shows they have the community's trust.

I have an older cat Cuzette. I have taken her to this vet for years. I wish I could go back and re-think that decision as I feel like my cat has paid the price. She started having what I "thought" was urinary issues. I would take her back and forth for urinary tests. I was given antibiotic after antibiotic and sent home. I was told to put her on urinary support food. I did this - for a couple years mind you. My cat had an X ray and a blood test once in a blue moon. This was a mistake. I finally decided to take her somewhere else to get a second opinion / set of eyes. I was told she is in chronic renal failure and has only 25% kidney function. She has a heart murmur and other issues. I found out more about my cat in that one visit than i have over the years of taking her to this place. This is my fault as anyone for not making a more educated decision over where I take my animals. I think the staff is very friendly and helpful. I think the vets are nice but I also feel they do not go the extra mile into taking the steps to look into situations. Older cats require more testing and this did not happen in my situation. I hope that someone takes the time to ensure they ask questions if you go here and make sure your animals get necessary scans- be more proactive than I was

The staff here has always been great for all the dogs we have ever owned. They always get us in quickly if need be, they send reminder post cards for vaccines, and are usually running specials for preventative meds like flea and heartworm. When we had a pet pass, they gave us a room to let us say out goodbyes for as long as we needed and gave us a certificate that included a poem, inked paw print of our dog, and clipping of his fur.
They offer a wide variety of services and truly care for the animals they attend.
In house pet grooming service is also located here as a separate business, Pat's Grooming.
They have a small inventory up front that offers puchase items such as collars, leashes, shampoo, nail clippers, dental supplies, etc.
Pricing is fair for the value of service. You could find more inexpensive places but these nurses and vets bring more to the table than just a quick get in and get out routine.response / report this review -

This is a great animal hospital. We have taken our dogs here for years for their exams, shots and other medical needs and have been happy. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and caring.

I've moved four times in the last two and a half years, and I've been to three different vets, and Saint Francis Pet Hospital is by far the best one I've entrusted my two fur babies' health with.
This past July my Lab, Franklin, got hurt playing fetch. Not sure where to go, since I was new to the area, I read the reviews for Saint Francis and decided to make an appointnent to see what was wrong. My appointment was with Dr. Bob and he inforned me that Franklin had torn his ACL, so we talked and I decided to go through with surgery.
Dr. Bob did an amazing job with the surgery, but that isn't what truly impressed me.. the way he allowed me to spend extra time with Franklin after hours the day of his surgery, the post surgery check ups, and everyone's friendliness is what made me truly happy with this place. Dr. Bob and Kendal are truly a blessing to Franklin and I.
Franklin looked forward to his weekly vet visits, all I had to say was "Are you ready to go see Dr. Bob and Kendal?" and he got so excited and headed straight for the door. The love and affection they gave my baby truly touched my heart. Everyone at this location are true professionals and really do have your babies best interest at heart!
It's been almost two months since I've been there, which is good because it means my baby is recovering and doing great.
If you are looking for a vet to entrust your fur bavies health in, I hope you give Saint Franscis a try because they won't let you and your fur baby down.
So this is a great big thank you to everyone at Saint Francis Pet Hospital in Mooresville, IN, I hope you all know how much I appreciate every one of you, especially Dr. Bob and Kendal, you two are a true blessing.

I took all my pets here at the same time. I loved the vet and so did my pets. She listened and was very nice with them, where I've had other vets become annoyed with the size and level of energy, she was great and the vet assistants were all nice a well. Prices were fair.
