Cheryl was the assistant and was so kind and caring to our kitties. She was simply great. Dr. McLaughlin was also extremely knowledgable, nice, and helpful with information. I don't usually write reviews but I had such a great experience at this clinic I'm happy to have found it. Will be bringing my kittens here for all their future needs :-)

We took our 90lb American bulldog here after our vet had stitched up his leg 3 times and the stitches kept coming out after only 1 day. They were great and treated him completely different from our vet. The stitches stayed put and his leg has healed up great. They were so nice and friendly and you could tell they love dogs. Changed our vet on the spot.

I have been a client of Dr Mclaughlin's for nearly 20 years. I have had great service from him for that time. My 17 year old bichon had his last moments in that building, in my arms. I love my dogs. They are my family. On my last visit in November a new employee jerked my dogs neck with a slip collar. He is a small bichon mix. It could have easily injured him. I angrily asked them to remove the slip collar and to not choke my dog. I was met with a condescending and rude response. I called later in the day and told Kim, a long time employee about my experience. There was no flow thru. No apology. I chose to change vet care after much thought. Today, I called to have my records transferred to another clinic. After multiple phone calls, and most of the afternoon, I was rudely told by the same employee that was rude to me in November, that as I am no longer a client of US 31 clinic because I am transferring to another vet. Mocked me for changing vets because of a slip collar and proceeded to tell me that my new vet would over medicate my dog and laughed at me. I am beyond estonishied. In truth I received years of consistent great care at this business from Dr Mcloughlin. However, this experience will be my last. It's really a shame.

LOVE the folks at South 31 Vet Clinic. The Doctors are very nice and take the time to answer any questions I have with my Greyhound. And the staff is top of the line, too! Would recommend them to anyone!

Our pet children have been taken care of- for all their lives at South 31. We could not have had better service or more compassionate Dr.s and staff. We recommend this clinic and Dr.s to all our friends and family.We truly are grateful for all they do for us. When we lost our oldest chihuahua this year We felt family support and sympathy and much love from all at South 31. We recommend to anyone this clinics excellent service..
