We visited the place this week
One of the main attractions was not working because if some construction.
Just by mentioning it on the website and charging full price does not help either.
Men’s and women showers hot water was not working and after complaining few time no one attended it.
Had a sub par experience as a family. Will nor recommend nor visit the place again

Took a day trip from Long Island with my 2 year old and 7 year old twins- everyone had a blast! There was a lot of people there but nothing felt crowded and the kids didn’t have to wait more than a few minutes for a chance on the slides. Staff was friendly and helpful when I couldn’t find one of my sons and again when my toddler lost his beloved stuffed animal. We will be back!

My first time visiting I liked everything just right for me I enjoy indoor activity at my age I felt like a kid again went to most of the water rides enjoyed it very much. Will definitely come again and tell my friends. Thanks for my free entrance for being a senior citizen. I had fun its . beautifull

We enjoyed this park as part of our mini vacation. It's a small water park, but our little one loved it. The indoor water is SUPER warm. But there was a ton of chlorine in the water. The outside water is freezing, but the tide pool was fun.

When I was first reading reviews before our trip, I was concerned because there's a lot of complaints about staff and guests. Well, we didn't experience that at all. Everyone was super cool. Lifeguards were a bit heavy on the whistle, but that's pretty much lifeguards everywhere. It's their job to keep people safe in water, so yes, they're going to be a bit rule-obsessed.

This was our third visit there. We were very disappointed that they told us we were not to bring a birthday cake all though we have rented a cabana unless we would to rent the party room which of course was taken. All though we have rented the cabana ahead when we got there we had to wait for an hour for someone to take us to the cabana. I think at some point they forgot about us. The place seems to be going down hill as well every time a bigger and bigger crowed, water is dirty trash just laying around. The people are rude constantly cutting lines bumping into you without even saying excuse me. The life guards constantly on every once case away from walls, ropes, no play fight, no splashing, at some point my 5 year old son wrapped his arms around my shoulders and I was just pulling him around, that was a no no as well. I don't think we will be coming back here again.

It's a rather nice place which has both an indoor and outdoor part. For a good portion of the year the outdoor portion is closed by the indoor part contains the majority of the slides/activities. Inside there are a total of 5 different slides not including the playground Esq area. It also has a lazy river, a pool and a surf simulation. The outdoor has a pool, a wave pool and a kids park. All in all its a nice place but be careful about the time you go or you may spend a good bit of time in line. The annual pass is very affordable not costing much more than a one day pass.

Just became a member last year. I have gone to the park about 5 times since joining. It is a decent place for family fun day to keep children, teenagers and adults engaged for a few hours. So far, I have only gone one day when it was really packed with patrons. However, it is summertime. Everyday will be a packed day. So I hope to arrive early and leave early. The staff provides good customer service every time.

Decent indoor/outdoor water park. On the Sunday before Memorial Day, parking lot was full by 1pm, overflowing to grasses and nearby Diggerland. Front desk was efficient and line at entrance moved smoothly. Surprisingly there were plenty of chairs outside next to wave pool, though under the sun. It's much smaller than Six Flags Hurricane Harbor, but the lines for rides were also much shorter.

Very very very crowded they should minimize the limit of tickets sold per day. The workers were very nice. It's 86 degrees but they have fans on! which makes certain areas feel like 60 degrees and mind you you're soaking wet!. The kiddie area has a cement lined pool (not good) and another area where kids play the flooring is marble, you can easily slip both areas should be padded. I did not use the outdoor area so i dont know how that section is. The arcade area is cool.

I love taking my daughter to Sahara Sam's. She has so much fun and even though the place is always crowded, it's always a great day out. They have a fantastic outside part as well which has an awesome wave pool and an inside and outside bar, just in case all the kiddos leave you wanting a little "adult time". Great atmosphere, could use a little more monitoring, especially in the lazy river area, but all in all, we enjoy ourselves everytime we go!

Just brought 7 of my children/grandchildren here and had a fantastic day! Spent 4 hours. Something for everybody. Kids loved it. Clean,efficiently run and plain old fun. The staff was great. Everything about the place was terrific. This will be a tough one to beat!

We just had our daughters birthday party here (Friday night). From check in to leaving the whole experience was wonderful. Our party ran on time and the food we ordered was well above typical "park food". Our hostess,
Sabrina was very cheerful and attentive. The park itself is clean and the staff do a great job watching all of the kids. There are plenty of life guards! We all had a great time here!
