We stayed in the ocean view towers and it didn’t have a nice view. All we saw was the back of another building .The room smelled very old and musty. On the casino floor the waiter had a nasty attitude. I play the slots machine and could not get any decent service when trying to order a drink. I felt they were a bit racist. She told me to hold on with an attitude and never came back to my area. But another guest stated she keeps coming to our side where there were high rollers. I feel that everyone should be treated equally. But to have a better time in AC we had to go to the Tropicana hotel where there was much better customer service.

The location is nice! I would like to see lower prices on food court restaurants ($24 for a sandwich and soup! But it's a casino, I don't expect less.) New restaurant variety would be fun too. Rooms are nice but could be improved. Casino and hotel workers are friendly. Slots are fun and keep you in the game.

I visited some friends staying at Resorts while they attended an Event for their employer. They had a beautiful room, high up, with a great view of the Atlantic Ocean, and Atlantic City's famous Boardwalk. We ate at 2 different restaurants with them while they were there. ( sorry, I don't remember the names) The food and servers were excellent!! I would recommend staying at Resorts in Atlantic City if you get the chance great job!!

Casino staff are friendly and helpful. Guest rooms are clean, spacious and well stocked with your basic needs. Only down side to the casino is that there is a strong smoke odor throughout the whole casino. Walking from garage entrance to lobby to check in I was already smelling the smoke odor on myself. This isn't typical of other casinos.

I went to Resorts to attend a concert in one of their theaters. I found everything to be satisfactory except for the laptop and signage of the space. We arrived intending to purchase tickets for the event. It took us a few minutes to find the theater, but discovered that the box office was nowhere to be seen. We received directions from three separate staffers and still wandered for twenty five minutes before finding the counter. The casino NEEDS more consistent signage!

This was our second stay at the resorts hotel and it was fantastic. The rooms where super clean and looked nice. Staff was very friendly. The casino is pretty nice, seems to have everything you need. I would really recommend this place as I know we will stay here again.

Hotel ambiance did not match anything like the photos online! If pictures could show you smell, true location and even guests you might rethink your choice. Check in was a nightmare because our room was given away. The room had visible mold in the ceiling and the closet was bigger than the bathroom. We were given another room that was a bit better. Food is located in the center of the casino. They did have valet for guest which I highly suggest in the area. Right on boardwalk with lots of fun shops and food. Would not suggest this hotel to others. There are many other beautiful hotels in this area!!!

Resorts Casino Hotel- I stayed in the premiere double queen room in the Rendezvous Tower. I would highly recommend. I would say this tower has way better rooms than the Ocean Tower. I caught a glimpse of their rooms and they seemed a bit outdated to me. However my room as well as the bathroom was nice and spacious. It is right on the boardwalk with a casino downstairs, and tons of stores within walking distance. Room services was amazing as well. I didn't go to the pool due to the amount of children in but there's plenty else to do. I just wish the pool and fitness room were open earlier and closed later. Whenever booking a trip I plan accordingly. I enjoyed the fish tacos at margaritaville also located in Resorts. Be ready to spend money when necessary if not simply stay in your room and relax. I would definitely come back.

Giving it a 2 only because all the staff members were very professional and pleasant. However, the whole spa/pool area is FAR from relaxing/tranquillity.. there is NO whirlpool/hot tub in the spa area (they advertise it, but the lady said they recently took the hot tub out!) All they have left is a MOLDY steam room and a burnt sauna the pool was also closed for "safety & security" reasons.. very disappointed with the "amenities" in the spa/pool area also the shower water in my room smells like rotten eggs this city is going down the drain so sad.

We stopped in Resorts to find a nice place to eat after arriving in Atlantic City and ended up at Gallagher's. We both had the Crab Crusted Salmon. I am here to tell you it was excellent. A little pricey at $38 but definitely worth it. And the service was very good too. I would go there again. One tip for the Casino in general is to get their "Star Card". It's the same as any other Casio card but they often offer free parking in their self park garage with it. And if you are in AC on a Saturday night you will how valuable that can be.

Very interesting to wait for your room they say it's not made up yet, so that you can go into the casino and start winning. The room was a very large at the Rendezvous Tower, pretty clean. The staff is really nice. The Hotel is hugeOverall it was a wonderful stay of four nights and not that much more than the others I give it a 5 star.

Just dropped in while visiting in the area. Chose Resorts because of a generous promo from Mohegan Sun where i frequent. Self park was free. Promotions was really efficient and made me feel welcome. I played slots. Losing but enjoyed it. Good security presence. Slot techs seemed quick. Seemed like a smaller casino with a food court and shops. Overall it was a nice side trip.
